How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

We’ll send a confirmation email once your booking is secured. If you have questions, we're just a call or email away.

What happens if I want to cancel my room reservation?

Should your plans change, please remember that cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away. For cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?

Check-in is at 4 pm; check-out at 10 am. We ensure everything is perfect for your arrival and next guest's stay.
